14 -Day Exchange or Refund Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return for refund.
At Crafted Decor, we take great care in processing your orders. Every online order undergoes a two-person verification process to minimize the chances of incorrect or defective items being shipped. Additionally, all orders are shipped by a single team member, significantly reducing the risk of damage during transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN PROCESS: To start the return process, contact support@crafteddecor.ca with the order number, and details for the return/exchange. Once approved, a return authorization number and shipping label with be provided as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Cost of shipping returns is at customers own expense, unless defective, and will be deducted from the eligible refund. The original shipping charge is not eligible for refund unless defective.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us (at the same email above) immediately (within 5 days of receipt) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Crafted Decor reserves the right to request emailed pictures (front, back, sides) of the defective/damaged item in question to proceed with the return. In the event a product arrives with cosmetic or easily repairable damage, we reserve the right to reconcile the issue by shipping out replacement parts for the product. Replacement parts ordered specifically for a product and are not eligible for our return policy. Crafted Decor reserves the right to replace the item with no additional shipping cost to the customer.
If Crafted Decor is replacing an item, photographs of the item destroyed will be required, before a refund will be issued.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or bath & body care), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as jewelry, cloths or shoes), CLEARANCE items, and Christmas themed decor or accessory items. We also do not accept returns for flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also cannot accept returns on any discounted items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return procedure and communicate the item it is being exchanged for (Crafted Decor will hold the item). Once the return is processed, Crafted Decor will ship out the held item. Additional charges apply to any discrepancy in price between returned item and item being exchanged, as well as shipping on the exchange item.
REFUND:
Please allow 5 business days from receipt of return to process credit. The eligible funds will be processed through Shopify and may take up to 10 business days for the electronic refund process. (Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item was defective).
STOLEN SHIPMENTS:
Crafted Decor is not responsible for stolen packages. When an order is delivered we highly recommend retrieving your shipment immediately to avoid theft (you can follow the shipment with the tracking number provided). Once an order is delivered you will receive an automated confirmation of delivery. We recommend collecting your shipment immediately from places such as concierge or front door. In the event of theft you should file a police report. Crafted Decor will not provide refunds for stolen shipments. PLEASE NOTE Any order value over $500 (before tax) is insured and requires a signature (however stolen packages are not covered by insurance)
INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTRY ON ORDER:
Crafted Decor is not responsible for parcels delivered to wrong addresses if the address was entered incorrectly, or was incomplete during the checkout process. Always ensure you include your full address during check out including buzzer code, gate code, unit numbers, etc.
