Shipping Policy

At Crafted Decor, we take great care in processing your orders. Every online order undergoes a two-person verification process to minimize the chances of incorrect or defective items being shipped. Additionally, all orders are shipped by a single team member, significantly reducing the risk of damage during transit.

To support environmental sustainability, we reuse boxes provided by our suppliers whenever possible.

Important: Crafted Decor is not liable for lost, damaged, or missing contents after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, indemnity will not be paid. This includes parcels sent with insurance; no compensation will be provided.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Shipping is provided via: Fedex /Purolator /UPS /Canpar in Canada
  • Remote locations: Please allow extra delivery time; additional charges may apply
  • Restricted items:
    • Items marked PICK UP ONLY (e.g., oversized items, clothing, shoes) are not eligible for shipping
  • Orders over $500 (before tax) are insured and require a signature upon delivery
  • Orders are generally shipped the next business day (except for Fridays)
  • Sorry we are no longer shipping to PO BOX addresses.

Shipping to the United States

Effective August 26th, 2025, we have suspended shipping to the U.S. due to a significant policy change to De Minimis eliminating the $800 USD duty-free threshold.

International Shipping (Outside Canada)

Our system does not currently support international checkouts outside of North America. However, if you would like to purchase Sid Dickens tiles, you can begin an order by creating a cart and abandoning it, OR email Crafted Decor via the Contact Us section of our website with the following details:

  • Tile selection
  • Full Name
  • Complete Shipping Address
  • Phone Number

We will respond with a shipping quote, and if you would like to proceed, an invoice will be emailed through our secure payments with Shopify (in Canadian Dollars).

Please note: All duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Crafted Decor does not cover these additional costs.
