Like all Beekman 1802 soap and skincare products, harmful chemicals are eliminated and feature botanical-based ingredients from farms—not labs. Goat milk is a key ingredient of the Beekman Bar Soap, which helps leave skin clean and well moisturized.Â
All Beekman soaps are triple milled. The soap is passed through a heavy milling process three times to thoroughly mix and press the soap, as well as any fragrances and extra ingredients. Triple-milled soaps are harder and last longer, as they are more dense and contain less water.
Goat milk has been used for centuries as a cure-all natural remedy for skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis thanks to its deeply nourishing properties.
Not only is goat milk rich in lactic acid, which helps it to exfoliate dead skin cells and reveal a new layer, but it contains the same pH as human skin. This helps to keep the microbiome of your skin well-balanced and prevent visible signs of irritation, sensitivity, and premature aging.
